Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete construction quality review checklists and documentation.
• Submit quality reports to management.
• Conduct audits and inspections of projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training on quality control practices to project crews.
• Collaborate with district management to improve quality processes throughout project durations.
• Lead and oversee the work of other quality department members.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance at company-designated offices or field locations.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
